Stepping out of your comfort zone, trying out new activities can unleash you’re hidden talents and interests. Whether it is joining a new club, trying out new sports and so on . Every experience contributes to personal growth and confidence

2. Practice self compassion

Treat yourself with kindness, especially during difficult times. Understand your emotions ,without being harsh on yourself.

3. Focus on the effort, not perfection

Making mistakes is a natural way of learning. Instead of thriving for perfection, concentrate on the efforts you put. Celebrate the small wins, it motivates you to keep moving forward.

4. Be positive

Fear raises many negative thoughts in our mind. Changing those negative thoughts into positive thoughts may help you get rid off them. Try to change the way you think and react to situations with positive and encouraging thoughts.

Will I be able to do this? - I should try it!

5. Fake it till you make it

If you don’t feel confident, act like you do! You might actually be surprised at how fast you believe it.

Honestly, there is no perfect time to start. If you wait till you are completely ready, you probably will never begin. You don’t have to have it all figured out to just take the first step.Even messy st...
