One moment I feel very productive ,motivated and ready to wake up early. The next moment I am scrolling through YouTube and feeling so unproductive. As a teen managing school, exams, extracurricular ,friends and goals may seem impossible. But setting goals is not being overwhelmed or having it all figured out-it’s about growing from your mistakes and living the life as you want to.So if you have a tough time setting goals ,this is how I try to set goals(and achieve them)and navigate through the chaos and challenges life brings. 1. Start now, even if it’s messy Many people put off setting goals just because they are waiting for “ the perfect time ”-I’ll start tomorrow….next week….next month. Ring a bell? Honestly, there is no perfect time to start. If you wait till you are completely ready, you probably will never begin. You don’t have to have it all figured out to just take the first step.Even messy st...
